Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensures the design and maintenance of an input database.
  • Coordinates annual and multi-year forecasts for all factory purchases.
  • Ensures the purchase of raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, consumables, laboratory reagents, etc.
  • Ensures the readjustment of supply programs within the framework of inventory regulation
  • S ensures that all purchases are made in accordance with quality, price, and time requirements.
  • S ensures the proper management of operations related to the preparation of import files (bank domiciliation, transit) when requested.
  • Organizes the supply chain, establishes a delivery schedule, and maintains ongoing communication with suppliers.
  • Basic education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in management/economics or equivalent.
  • Professional training: general management, MS Office, Sage, management software implementation
