Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive a clear, data-driven product vision and roadmap for AI solutions tailored to clinical and operational needs across care settings.
• Lead a team of product managers to design, build, and deploy scalable AI-powered products, ensuring high standards of user experience, interoperability, and security.
• Collaborate closely with technology, data science, and governance teams to embed data quality, compliance, and AI best practices throughout product development.
• Engage clinical leaders and operational stakeholders to understand their needs, translate insights into product features, and advocate for end-users.
• Oversee continuous market and internal data analysis to identify innovation opportunities and optimize product impact.
• Articulate the business value of AI solutions, define value capture models, and demonstrate ROI and other key metrics to senior leadership.
• Stay at the forefront of AI technologies (machine learning, NLP, computer vision) and healthcare data utilization to ensure remains an innovation leader.

Qualifications:

• Master s degree or higher in Healthcare Management, Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years focused on AI-driven healthcare technologies across multiple care settings.
• Proven track record of successfully launching AI-based products, from ideation through market delivery.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving alignment between business and technical domains.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present complex data-driven insights to diverse audiences.

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience with AI model development and deployment in healthcare environments.
• Familiarity with clinical workflows and provider needs across primary, secondary, and preventive care.
• Healthcare strategy expertise including defining value propositions, use cases, and translating business needs into product features.
