Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main Tasks:
- Develop and implement a QHSE corporate policy in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, and ensure its consistent application at all levels of the organization.
- Identify and assess the risks associated with the company's activities and implement preventive measures to minimize or even eliminate them, and ensure their effectiveness.
- Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations regarding quality, hygiene, safety and the environment
- Provide training and awareness to employees regarding policies, procedures and risks associated with their activities in terms of quality, hygiene, safety and environment
- Obtaining certifications to showcase the company and its products
- Establish quality indicators and ensure their monitoring.
- Implement continuous improvement plans and involve teams in change management
- Represent the company to its external partners (suppliers and customers), as well as to regulatory authorities and certification bodies.
- To monitor technological developments, stay informed of innovations and new trends in QHSE activities in order to propose improvement and development projects
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with QHSE requirements for various development projects
- Managing and involving his team in the various projects and missions related to his activity
- To provide advisory services to the various departments of the company
- Reporting on the performance of one's activity to the General Management
- Professional experience : minimum 5 years in a similar position in the agri-food industry
- Having significant experience in the field of quality control
- University degree in quality, food science, biology, food technology chemistry, or equivalent
Other Requirements:
- Having led integrated management certification projects: ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 22000
- Proven skills in communication, organization, team management and problem-solving
- Analytical and synthesis skills
Technical and practical skills:
- Deploy and manage an integrated management system (Quality, Safety, Environment)
- Conducting internal and external audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.)
- Develop and monitor QHSE performance indicators
- Implementing plans for the prevention and management of occupational risks
- Ensure regulatory compliance in matters of safety and environment
- Design and deliver QHSE training for teams
- Managing crisis situations (accidents, incidents, major non-conformities)
