Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of room operations, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
- Manage the Rooms Division budget, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Lead, train, and mentor the front office, housekeeping, and concierge teams.
- Analyze guest feedback and market trends to enhance services and improve guest experiences.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Represent the Rooms Division in senior management and executive meetings, providing insights and updates on operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in hotel management, with a focus on rooms operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and revenue management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
