Job Scope:

The Director of Sales is responsible for leading the hotel s sales strategy to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and build strong relationships with key clients and partners. The role focuses on managing the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets.
• Lead and manage the sales team to ensure effective sales performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, and group segments.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to promote the hotel.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements with clients and partners.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Ensure proper management of sales accounts and client databases.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and development support.
• Ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Maintain strong communication with other departments to support operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
