Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with the hotel s business objectives
Lead and manage the sales, marketing, and reservations teams to achieve revenue targets
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and key partners
Oversee digital marketing, social media, branding, and promotional campaigns
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy
Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales reports to track performance and ROI
Represent the hotel at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure alignment between sales promises and service delivery
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Strategic thinking with a strong analytical mindset
Fluency in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
