Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all proactive and reactive sales efforts across group, transient, and catering segments
- Develop and execute property-specific marketing strategies and campaigns
- Build long-term, value-based relationships with key clients and partners
- Manage the marketing budget and oversee brand-aligned promotional activities
- Collaborate with regional sales and marketing teams to maximize demand generation
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and drive performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum of 2 4 years experience in hotel sales and marketing leadership
- Proven success in managing large-scale bookings and catering revenue
- Fluency in English and French is required
- Strong understanding of Moroccan market dynamics
- Experience in hotel pre-openings or new property launches is highly desirable
