Main tasks:

Supply chain management:

• Develop and implement the supply strategy in collaboration with other departments (production, quality, logistics).
• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers based on criteria of quality, cost, delivery time and regulatory compliance.
• To ensure the negotiation of contracts with suppliers in order to guarantee optimal conditions.

Inventory supervision:

• Ensure optimal stock management to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of procurement processes.

Coordination with stakeholders:

• Collaborate closely with the production department to anticipate raw material needs.
• Ensure that products and services comply with pharmaceutical industry standards and local and international regulations.

Process optimization:

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in procurement and inventory management processes.
• Implement technological tools to automate and optimize the supply chain.

Team management:

• Supervise, train and motivate the team in charge of procurement.
• Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments.
