Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute financial strategies for the technology division, aligned with company-wide goals.
  • Oversee the annual budgeting process for IT operations, infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation.
  • Present financial results, KPI dashboards, variance analyses, and investment assessments to senior leadership and board members.
  • Track performance of all technology projects to ensure optimal resource utilization and strong investment returns.
  • Establish governance frameworks for financial decisions related to technology spending and compliance.
  • Manage a comprehensive portfolio of technology investments to support both short- and long-term priorities.
  • Partner with business operations, strategy, and technology heads to align financial decisions with broader organizational outcomes.
  • Evaluate and implement advanced financial tools, systems, and processes that enhance transparency and scalability.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

12 15 years of finance experience, including at least 7 years overseeing technology-related financial operations.

Proven ability to lead high-performing finance teams in technology-focused environments.

Strong background managing budgets and financial frameworks for digital transformation and large-scale IT projects.

Expertise in financial modelling, capital planning, and performance measurement.

Able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, evolving business environments.
