Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining the Operational Excellence framework that integrates governance, service quality, and automation practices.

Driving process optimization across business units by identifying inefficiencies and implementing streamlined workflows.

Leading automation enablement initiatives, including the design and execution of automation roadmaps.

Overseeing service excellence programs to elevate customer satisfaction, strengthen relationships, and ensure consistent service delivery.

Establishing and maintaining an enterprise policy and process governance model aligned with Cyberani s strategy.

Directing continuous improvement programs that enhance operational performance, quality, and employee productivity.

Ensuring effective change control and compliance mechanisms are in place to mitigate operational risks.

Building cross-functional collaboration between business, delivery, and support functions to ensure process standardization.

Implementing training and capability-building programs to embed operational discipline and service excellence principles.

Monitoring and reporting on key operational KPIs including efficiency gains, cost reduction, and service quality metrics.

Partnering with executive leadership to identify, prioritize, and scale technology-enabled innovation initiatives.

Ensuring all operational excellence activities drives measurable business value and return on investment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master s degree preferred

10-years of progressive experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or strategy execution.

Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide process optimization, service quality improvement, and automation initiatives

Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Expertise in process optimization, Lean Six Sigma, and automation enablement.

Strategic and analytical thinking with a focus on operational scalability.

Proven ability to manage large-scale transformation and continuous improvement programs.

Advanced proficiency in business process management tools and KPI.

Excellent communication, change management, and presentation skills.
