Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to support the organization's strategic objectives and project requirements.
• Oversee all procurement activities, ensuring adherence to best practices, compliance with regulations, and optimization of purchasing processes.
• Lead negotiation efforts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions while minimizing risk.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with key suppliers, enhancing collaboration and performance.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality enhancement, and innovation.
• Work closely with project teams to define procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of procurement professionals to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Prepare and present procurement performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Implement and utilize procurement technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness in procurement processes.

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in procurement, preferably in large-scale projects in the entertainment, hospitality, or construction sectors.
• Proven track record of developing and executing procurement strategies that drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and a strong understanding of supplier management.
• Excellent leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and achieving results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools to enhance operational effectiveness.
