Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain clear delivery oversight and governance frameworks
- Monitor progress across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability
- Identify risks early and drive corrective action in collaboration with stakeholders
- Provide clear, decision ready reporting to senior leadership
- Balance appropriate governance with pace, avoiding unnecessary bureaucracy
- Maintain momentum and alignment across diverse stakeholders and entities
Desired Candidate Profile
- UAE Nationals only
- Significant programme or PMO leadership experience within Abu Dhabi / UAE government or semi government environments
- Proven track record overseeing multiple, high visibility initiatives, not single projects
- Senior stakeholder exposure, including senior executives, Executive Committee, or Board level interactions
- Background from credible, high quality organisations with complex delivery mandates
- Structured, solutions oriented approach, focused on enabling delivery rather than enforcing process
- Confidence to challenge constructively and escalate risks when required
- Arabic capability strongly preferred
