Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development & Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique goals and challenges in the F&B sector.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Lead in the review, analysis, and development of strategies for new business opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities, participate in client acquisition, and contribute to the growth and success of the consulting practice.
- Lead client communications during project execution.
- Ensure the execution of deliverables as per offers and the allocation of tasks within the consulting team.
- Ensure at all times that cooperation prevails between the various offices in the interest of clients.
- Big Idea for project development models.
- Lead project teams, including consultants and analysts, in delivering high-quality consulting services. Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines, and ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the highest quality of service delivery. Enhance and promote a customer-centric culture throughout the organization. Respect and adhere to the corporate Code of Business Ethics.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to clients, offering innovative solutions to F&B challenges, such as asset optimization, tenant mix, positioning, recommended operators, expected cashflow., etc.
- Conduct in-depth research, market analysis, and data-driven assessments to provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations. Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, perform financial modeling, and assess the feasibility of a F&B asset.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
- Stay informed about local, state, and federal real estate and F&B regulations and ensure that clients are in compliance with all relevant laws.
