Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Within the mission, vision and values of our client hospital, lead, manage and oversee the activities and operations of Nursing department by providing leadership in coordination and evaluation of performance improvement and accreditation, contribute significantly to (Nursing) Quality Improvement activities, in collaboration with other departments to achieve high quality, cost effective and culturally appropriate patient centered nursing care.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Education
Bachelor Degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution - Essential
Current licensure as a professional registered nurse - Essential
Specific Certification as required in area of assignment - Preferred
Master's Degree in Nursing/Quality Management/Healthcare Administration or related equivalent from an accredited institution - Essential
Work Experience
Minimum of 10 (ten) years current clinical nursing experience following licensure/ registration in the country of origin, 5 (five) years of which in managerial capacity including 2 (two) years in a comparable positions - Essential
Extensive knowledge of the application of Quality Management Science; outcome measurement, Accreditation Standards, Nursing Sensitive Indicators and Standards-Essential
