Roles & Responsibilities

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for managing high-profile client accounts, advising on complex communications challenges, and driving new business growth across the region.

The successful candidate will operate as a trusted strategic adviser to clients, lead multidisciplinary teams, and play an active role in building the firm s presence and reputation in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities of the Director Corporate & Strategic Communications

  • Lead and manage senior client relationships, ensuring delivery of high-quality strategic counsel and outstanding results.
  • Provide expert advice across corporate communications, reputation management and crisis situations.
  • Develop and execute integrated communication strategies aligned with clients commercial and reputational objectives.
  • Lead high-performing teams, mentoring colleagues and supporting their professional development.
  • Drive organic growth across accounts and contribute to new business pitches and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, policymakers and wider stakeholder networks.
  • Advise clients on emerging media trends, digital strategies and AI-enabled communications tools.
  • Support operational excellence and efficiency across accounts.
  • Contribute to the wider leadership and growth strategy of the business in the region.
