Roles & Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Serve as a locally embedded, customer-facing partner in MOH and private sectors to improve patient journeys. Bridge outside-in insights and inside-out Roche science to co-create solutions beyond medicines. Operate with no sales targets or incentives, focusing on appropriate use, trust, and ecosystem value.
Your Responsibilities
- Stewards Roche s products through their lifecycle and supports their appropriate use, which includes sharing their merits with HCPs in a truthful and balanced manner In MOH & Private Sector.
- Implements campaigns with customers and distributes promotional materials as per marketing plan and customer needs.
- Organizes group meetings in major hospitals
- Proposes new ideas related to campaigns, promotional material to the pod and are responsible for the implementation after approval.
- Gathering Data & Insights from the market that would help the pod to make decisions.
- The RP focuses on the importance of bringing the outside in, working with partners to uncover all potential opportunities to transform outcomes for patients, faster.
- Identifies important customers and keeps customer Personas up-to-date.
- Continuously revises and updates the customer list & no. of patients in cooperation with the pod.
- Positively participates in Internal meetings to review and discuss: achievements, Opportunities/challenges, Competitors activities.
- Reporting Adverse Events to the Local Safety Unite within Roche timelines.
- Ensuring great experiences whenever stakeholders in the ecosystem engage with Roche employees, products and services.
Who You Are
- Scientific degree.
- 2 year experience, Ophtha background is a must.
- Fluent communication skills in Arabic and English languages (spoken & written).
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, experience with TAEs and PAGs is desirable.
- Business acumen across commercialization, medical and customer experience.
- Comfortable with digital tools and innovation methods.
