Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Ensure on-time delivery of all customer orders • Coordinate with warehouse team to get material packed accurately and efficiently • Plan and assign delivery routes to drivers for maximum efficiency • Monitor daily dispatch status and update sales/operations teams • Oversee loading, unloading, documentation, and delivery accuracy • Identify bottlenecks and improve dispatch workflow • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and proper communication within the dispatch team
Desired Candidate Profile
• Experience in dispatch/logistics/warehouse supervision • Strong planning and team coordination skills • Ability to handle fast-paced operational environments • Good communication and problem-solving mindset • Knowledge of hydraulic industry is a plus, but not mandatory
