Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement efficient shipment plans to optimize resource utilization and meet delivery deadlines.

  • Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
  • Monitor real-time shipment status and adjust plans as needed to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.
  • Assign shipments to appropriate carriers or drivers based on factors such as delivery deadlines, route optimization, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor vehicle routes to ensure timely deliveries and minimize delays.
  • Communicate with drivers to provide updates and address any issues that may arise.
  • Identify and resolve shipping and logistical challenges, such as delays, damages, or lost shipments.
  • Make timely decisions to ensure smooth operations and prevent disruptions to the supply chain.
  • Implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Update orders status on Odoo

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or delivery operations.

  • Proficiency in using dispatch or logistics management software
  • Preferred Medical Field
  • Familiarity with Cairo & Giza s geography and traffic patterns.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
