Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years in Warehouse Administrative tasks
Computer proficiency in software applications to include MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience with Inventory Management ERPs
DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
ROLE
Coordinate and manage daily inbound and outbound warehouse and logistics operations.
Ensure accurate inventory control, material flow, and shipment scheduling.
Act as a liaison between warehouse floor staff, logistics, and administrative teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all inbound and outbound materials are properly labeled with part number, quantity, and country of origin
- Verify inventory put-away accuracy and system updates for correct warehouse locations.
- Validate picking activities against system-generated pick lists.
- Schedule and coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments with the logistics team
- Prepare proof of delivery documents, obtain driver signatures, and submit completed PODs.
- Perform final inspections to ensure shipments match commercial invoices and packing lists.
- Respond to and clarify customer inquiries regarding part pictures and discrepancies.
- Ensure photographs are taken during picking, inbound, and outbound activities and properly saved in designated folders.
- Coordinate and support for cycle counts.
- Identify, report, and track over, short, or damaged (OSD) items until resolution.
- Monitor warehouse consumables and report low stock levels for replenishment.
Support administrative tasks and system transactions as required.
- Responsible for performing duties in accordance with the company s policies, procedures, and quality objectives
- Have necessary authority to make decisions within their scope of work and escalate issues as needed and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Accountable for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of their work, as well as for reporting any nonconformities or risks that may impact quality, legal compliances, safety, environment, or customer satisfaction.
- Support and participate in achieving organizational QHSE objectives.
- Other duties may be assigned
