Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview
We re hiring a Disposition Manager to take signed contracts from our acquisitions team and drive them through to successful closings. You ll work directly with:

A team of Acquisitions Managers
This is a remote, full-time role for a sharp, organized, sales-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you ve touched any part of U.S. real estate investment - acquisitions, dispo, marketing, or transaction support - we can train you into a full dispo seat.
Key ResponsibilitiesNew Deal Onboarding
Review each new contract and confirm property details (beds/baths, condition, roof, HVAC, plumbing, HOA, taxes, permits, etc.).
Log due diligence, access, and closing deadlines into the shared calendar.
Marketing New Deals
Launch professional email campaigns via Mailchimp/REsimpli.
Run SMS blasts and follow-ups with investor lists.
Organize property photos and post in 40+ targeted Facebook groups.
Buyer Outreach
Call, text, and email VIP buyers with new deals.
Maintain and update buyer sheets in Google Drive.
Contact local realtors with active/sold comps and offer commissions.
Use PropStream & SmarterContact to skip trace and engage new buyers.
Pipeline & CRM Management
Track all showings, offers, and negotiations in REsimpli.
Work with the TC to ensure smooth closings.
Keep clean records for marketing attribution and KPI tracking.
QualificationsWe re flexible to train the right person but you should come in with some real estate investment exposure (any role in wholesaling, dispo, acquisitions, or REI marketing).
Must-haves:
- Fluent spoken & written English (near-native American accent required).
- Experience with REsimpli and PropStream (daily users preferred).
- Sales background: confident on the phone, persuasive, relationship-driven.
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple deals at once.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with modern CRMs, spreadsheets, and automation tools.
Nice-to-haves (huge plus):
Computer Science or Data background ability to work with code, automations, or data analysis will make you stand out.
Familiarity with Zillow, MLS comps, and off-market buyer targeting.
CompensationCompetitive hourly pay (based on experience).
Performance bonuses on every deal you close.
Growth path into senior dispositions or cross-team leadership roles as we scale.
