Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload goods and products from trucks and containers.
- Delivery: Assist in the delivery process to ensure products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for any damage or defects during the loading, unloading, and delivery processes.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards and incidents.
- Cleanliness: Keep the distribution vehicle, warehouse and work areas clean and organized, ensuring a neat and orderly environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, and any other relevant information.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and interactions with customers.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Safety-conscious and a commitment to following safety guidelines.
- Reliable and punctual.
- English language (reading and writing).
