Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve 100% of sales targets for area and new launches and contribute to profit/value targets per quarter
  • Conduct KOL visits, RTDs, awareness campaigns, and business events while tracking ROI and outcomes for his district
  • Ensure MR call quality, 90%+ coverage of visits, SPOC orders, and structured doctor/customer segmentation and targeting.
  • Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure new product launches are available in key and chain pharmacies.
  • Submit MR feedback, analyze market data using IMS, and conduct quarterly business reviews for strategic decisions.
  • Achieve quarterly market share gains and positive EI performance across strategic product portfolios.
  • Manage budgets for field activities within approved marketing budgets
  • Evaluate team performance against KPIs, provide feedback, corrective plans & Track ROI in sales activities

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in pharmacy/Vet/Science majoring in chemistry

  • 3 years of experience as Area Supervisor or District Manager in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports, market data, and performance KPIs.
  • Ability to forecast sales, plan district activities, and set clear objectives.
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics, competition, and customer behavior.
