Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
A reputable company is seeking a results-driven and experienced �������� ������� to oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure operational excellence across multiple store locations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a solid background in restaurant or retail operations, team development, and multi-unit management. This role requires someone who can maintain high operational standards while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction. ��� ���������������� Oversee operations and performance of multiple store locations Ensure achievement of sales targets, profitability, and operational KPIs Monitor and maintain company standards in service, cleanliness, food quality, and customer experience Lead, coach, and develop store managers and teams Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance evaluations Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures Support recruitment, training, and succession planning initiatives Collaborate with leadership on business strategies and operational improvements Handle escalated operational concerns and provide effective solutions �������������� Proven experience as a District Manager, Area Manager, or similar multi-unit leadership role Strong background in casual dining restaurant operations Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of sales performance, inventory management, and operational controls Ability to manage multiple teams and locations effectively Proficient in reporting, scheduling, and operational analysis Excellent English communication skills Willing to travel frequently between store locations With valid Bahrain or GCC driving license
Desired Candidate Profile
A bachelor's degree of hotel and restaurant management or any related course
Minimum 4 years of experience in casual dining restaurant
