Roles & Responsibilities
Diving Team Leader
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the stewarding team.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Control the management of stock levels of equipment and cleaning products.
- Train staff on hygiene and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and internal procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
3 AS and more
- Having considerable experience in stewarding.
- Ability to manage and lead a team of divers (leadership)
- Thorough knowledge of HACCP standards
- Sense of responsibility and confidentiality _x000D_
