• Strategic & Business Development
• Develop and implement business strategies to expand market presence across Qatar
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and trading channels
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions
• Operations & Trading Management
• Oversee sourcing, procurement, and sales of materials, ensuring competitive pricing and reliable supply chain management
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and clients, optimizing margins and securing long-term relationships
• Ensure efficient inventory management and timely delivery of materials to clients
• Maintain compliance with local laws, customs, and international trade regulations
• Leadership & People Management
• Lead, mentor, and develop the team within the department
• Set departmental goals, KPIs, and performance standards
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Financial & Reporting
• Drive revenue growth and profitability in line with company objectives
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and cost-control initiatives.
