Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform live DJ sets across various resort outlets (pool, beach, lounge, nightclub, events).
Curate playlists aligned with guest demographics, mood, and event themes.
Collaborate with the Entertainment Team during daily activities and evening shows.
Support themed nights, special events, gala dinners, and seasonal programs.
Provide musical backing for live performances when required.
Adapt music style based on audience response and management direction.
Coordinate with animators, performers, and event hosts for smooth show execution.
Read the crowd and adjust music accordingly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Engage with guests in a professional, friendly, and energetic manner.
Respond to guest music requests where appropriate and aligned with policy.
Work closely with Entertainment Manager for event planning and execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
Presentable, professional, and guest-oriented personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and politely
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic computer systems (MS Office, hotel management systems preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with a high level of responsibility and reliability
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
