DLM Enterprise Data Analyst - VOIS Vodafone

We are seeking a Data Analyst who will support DLM customers within Vodafone Enterprise by delivering clear, reliable and actionable analysis. The individual will maintain accurate inventory data, provide KPI reporting, perform customer specific reviews, and identify issues that may affect service performance or revenue. This role requires strong analytical capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative and fast paced environment.

What you will do

• Gather, cleanse and consolidate data from various sources to present an accurate view of the current inventory status.
• Produce weekly asset reports detailing managed asset status and highlighting pending requests.
• Perform in depth analysis to detect process failures and notify relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Lead weekly inventory review sessions with customers and internal partners, including RAG status reporting.
• Prepare weekly and monthly NMR conformance and disconnection reports.
• Manage ad hoc customer requests, validate upgrade and bulk requests, and respond promptly to data or reporting enquiries.
