DMC Vendor Management Executive

Coordinate daily communication with accommodation and non-accommodation vendors, responding to inquiries and scheduling meetings as directed by the Vendor Manager.

Load & maintain vendor information and contract details in the DMC operating system.

Maintain vendor databases, tracking contact details, contract statuses, and performance metrics for both accommodation and non-accommodation suppliers.

Assist in supplier onboarding by collecting required documentation, verifying basic compliance, and updating records for new vendors.

Prepare and distribute regular vendor performance reports, compiling data on delivery timelines, pricing accuracy, and guest feedback.

Track vendor deliverables against contractual obligations, flagging delays or issues for the Vendor Manager's review and follow-up.

Support contract renewals by organizing documentation, scheduling reviews, and maintaining organized files for both vendor categories.

Monitor vendor compliance with company policies through routine checks and basic audits, documenting findings for managerial escalation.

Update vendor records with new product information, pricing changes, and exclusive deals as provided by the Vendor Manager.

Support vendor manager in identifying and negotiating with suitable vendors to secure favorable pricing for products and services.

Stay updated on products and exclusive deals negotiated by other DMCs with vendors.
