Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact between Aligna and orthodontists, dental professionals, and clinics.
- Coordinate and facilitate effective communication to ensure seamless collaboration and information flow.
- Manage inquiries, feedback, and requests from doctors, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Organize and support training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations for dental professionals.
- Collect, document, and relay clinical feedback to internal teams to drive continuous product and service improvement.
- Assist in onboarding new doctor partners, providing guidance on Aligna s workflow, digital tools, and support resources.
- Maintain accurate records of doctor interactions, agreements, and partnership activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support outreach initiatives and relationship-building campaigns.
- Monitor and report on partnership satisfaction, identifying opportunities for enhanced engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations, and industry standards in all communications.
- Coordinate with technicians and make sure cases are handled correctly.
- Track courier deliveries and make sure packages arrive on time and in good condition.
- Check packaging quality before dispatch.
- Manage information and updates through the company platform.
- Provide clear, accurate information to anyone who asks about cases or processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing, coordination, or relationship management role, preferably within the dental, medical, or healthcare sector.
Bachelor s degree in business administration, healthcare management, dentistry, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
