Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Establish and maintain document control systems to ensure accurate tracking, storage, and retrieval of company records.

  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization, ensuring timely distribution and accessibility to relevant stakeholders.
  • Review, verify, and process incoming and outgoing documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Implement version control procedures to track document revisions and ensure only current versions are in circulation.
  • Coordinate with various departments to collect, organize, and archive technical, administrative, and project-related documents.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory, legal, and quality standards.
  • Provide training and support to staff on document management procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct periodic audits of document control processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
  • Safeguard sensitive and confidential information by enforcing security protocols and access controls.
  • Prepare regular reports on document control activities, status, and compliance for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-4 years of experience in document control, records management, or a related administrative role.
