Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control all project-related documentation, both electronic and hard copies
• Ensure all documents comply with Aramco standards and documentation requirements
• Maintain document logs, transmittals, and registers using document management systems (DMS)
• Distribute and file project documents in accordance with company and client procedures
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely document submission and review
• Track revisions, approvals, and document status for all controlled documents
• Ensure confidentiality, accessibility, and security of controlled documents
• Support in audits and prepare documentation reports for Aramco and internal reviews

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Document Controller in oil & gas, construction, or engineering projects
• Aramco-approved or prior experience on Aramco projects (mandatory)
• Familiarity with ISO documentation control standards
