Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all project-related documentation, both electronic and hard copies
- Ensure all documents comply with Aramco standards and documentation requirements
- Maintain document logs, transmittals, and registers using document management systems (DMS)
- Distribute and file project documents in accordance with company and client procedures
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely document submission and review
- Track revisions, approvals, and document status for all controlled documents
- Ensure confidentiality, accessibility, and security of controlled documents
- Support in audits and prepare documentation reports for Aramco and internal reviews
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Document Controller in oil & gas, construction, or engineering projects
- Aramco-approved or prior experience on Aramco projects (mandatory)
- Familiarity with ISO documentation control standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field
Aramco Approval / SAP Number (mandatory)
Proficient in document control procedures, project documentation systems, and MS Office tools
