Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Organize and manage project documents (contracts, plans, approvals, reports).
- Track amendments and ensure updated versions are shared.
- Archive and secure documents using tools (Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint, Primavera CM).
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to provide documents.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong organizational and document management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
