Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a centralized document control system, ensuring all project documentation is accurately filed, tracked, and readily accessible for fit-out projects.
- Implement and enforce document control procedures, including version control, distribution, and retrieval, to maintain document integrity and compliance.
- Receive, log, and distribute all project-related documents, such as drawings, specifications, and submittals, ensuring timely dissemination to relevant parties.
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards, flagging any discrepancies or issues for resolution before fit-out works.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; a diploma or equivalent may be considered with sufficient experience.
Holds a minimum of 3 years of experience in document control, with a specific focus on fit-out projects within the construction industry.
Demonstrates proficiency in document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, SharePoint) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exhibits a strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and other project documentation related to fit-out works.
Have worked with high volume projects.
