Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and control all HSSE documentation, including policies, procedures, incident reports, inspection records, and training materials.
- Ensure documents are properly categorized, indexed, and stored in the document management system (DMS) or shared platforms.
- Track document revisions and ensure only the latest versions are available to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the preparation, issuance, and archiving of HSSE documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and contractors to ensure document control compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in administration, Documentation Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in document control, preferably within HSSE, construction, oil & gas, or engineering sectors.
- Experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS) or similar tools.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and HSSE documentation practices.
