Expected:
- Minimum of 2 years Document Control experience ideally within a detailed engineering services environment.
- Possess a good understanding of project Document Control System requirements.
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work well on their own or within a team.
- Good communication skills.
- The ability to priorities effectively.
- Possession of good organizational skills.
Typical responsibilities:
- Registration, quality check, issue, and distribution of Wood technical documentation to internal and external parties. Creation of transmittals to facilitate distribution according to Project Distribution Matrices.
- Registration, quality check, issue, and distribution of Vendor / Client / Third party documentation to internal and external parties. Creation of transmittals to facilitate distribution according to Project Distribution Matrices.
- Timely turnaround of documentation accompanied by an awareness of project schedule / milestones.
- Return of documentation to Vendor / Client / Third Party.
- Maintenance of hard copy and electronic management systems.
- Liaising / resolving queries with Engineers and Project Team.
- Facilitating handover of deliverables to Client.
- Archiving of project documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
