Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Document Controller / Mobilization Clerk Client: Oil & Gas Industry Client Location: UAE Contract Duration: 6 Months


  • Coordinate and manage manpower mobilization for project requirements

  • Track and monitor the mobilization status of employees

  • Maintain and update employee documentation and profiles accurately

  • Handle visa processing, renewals, and related coordination activities

  • Ensure all required documents are collected, verified, and properly filed

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidate should be available in UAE for Face to face interview.

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller / Mobilization Clerk.

  • Strong experience in resource coordination and manpower documentation.

  • Knowledge of visa processing and mobilization procedures in UAE.
