Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Copy, scan and store documents.
- Verify the accuracy of files, such as contracts and edit them.
- Review and update technical documents (e.g., manuals and workflows).
- Distribute project-related documents to internal teams.
- Classify documents in physical and digital archives.
- Create templates for future use.
- Restore files at the request of employees and clients.
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and the terms of the agreement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- License in documentation or library science.
- Minimum professional experience of two (02) years.
