Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company standards.

  • Establish and implement document control procedures for the collection, review, distribution, and archiving of project documents.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents.
  • Monitor document workflows and track the status of documents to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Review incoming and outgoing documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper authorization.
  • Maintain an organized filing system (both electronic and hard copy) for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive project information.
  • Prepare regular reports on document control activities and outstanding documentation.
  • Support audits and quality assurance processes by providing requested documentation promptly.
  • Train team members on document control processes and best practices as needed.
  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Management.
  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in document control, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with document management systems and electronic filing platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of document control standards and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based, full-time role.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.

Desired Candidate Profile
