Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Periodically audit all files for inclusions and missing documents.
  • Copy, scan and store documents
  • Coordinate all multiple-site correspondence, to ensure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are distributed to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
  • Maintain the documents and drawings, correspondence, reports, drawings, sketches, instructions, and minutes of meetings, requests-for-information, and all project documents in the Document.
  • Responsible for implementing Data and Document Management activities within a business and project environment.
  • Facilitate timely provision of requested documentation
  • Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts
  • Review and update technical documents (e.g., manuals and workflows)
  • Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
  • File documents in physical and digital records
  • Create templates for future use
  • Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
  • Develop, document, or maintain standards, best practices, or system usage procedures.
  • Assist in the assessment, acquisition, or deployment of new electronic document management systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
  • Familiarity with project management
  • V. Good command of both read and write English.
