Job Description

A Document Controller is a professional responsible for managing and maintaining all types of documents for a company or organization. In industries such as construction, engineering, and manufacturing, Document Controllers play a crucial role in ensuring that all project-related documents are stored, retrieved, and distributed in an efficient and systematic manner. Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in document control or administration is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for this role.
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards in document management.
