Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
implementing Document Management Systems (DMS) from setup to operational rollout.
To ensure effective control, integrity, accessibility, and governance of all organizational documents across the company by managing the full document lifecycle, implementing robust Document Management Systems (DMS), and ensuring compliance with Company's Integrated Management System (IMS) and ISO standards, while supporting digital transformation and Excellence (EIMS) initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role ▪ Diploma or Degree
Must Experience working within ISO-certified environments (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Experience supporting internal and external audits.
Hands-on experience in implementing Document Management Systems (DMS) from setup to operational rollout.
Proficiency & experience using Microsoft Office tools
