Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Demonstrating technical knowledge of the Document Control System and processes.
Applying excellent working knowledge of ACONEX.
Processing incoming and outgoing design submittals and distributing routine correspondence as required.
Planning, allocating and evaluating workloads to meet project requirements through effective time management skills.
Showing detail-oriented skills.
Adapting effectively to change.
Communicating strongly in English, both written and verbal.
Using initiative to provide practical solutions to complex issues and proposing areas for continual improvement.
Encouraging teamwork to develop and maintain an effective team environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 6 years work experience partnered with a Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business Administration. Aconex experience and certification is a requirement.
