Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
Implement and maintain document control systems and procedures in line with project requirements and Parsons standards.
Receive, log, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing project documentation.
Ensure all documents are properly classified, indexed, and stored in the designated document management system (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, EDMS).
Maintain and update document registers, logs, and tracking reports.
Perform quality checks to ensure documents meet formatting and submission requirements.
Manage document version control and ensure only the latest revisions are available for use.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for timely document submissions and approvals.
Generate periodic reports on document status, pending approvals, and overdue submissions.
Support audits by ensuring proper documentation, traceability, and record-keeping.
Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and security of all project documentation.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in document control within engineering, construction, or consultancy environments.
Strong knowledge of document control processes, standards, and best practices.
Proficiency in document management systems such as Aconex, SharePoint, or similar EDMS platforms.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of documents.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Experience on large-scale infrastructure, residential, or mixed-use development projects.
Familiarity with PMC/PMO environments.
Certification in Document Control or Information Management is an advantage.
Previous experience with international consultancy firms is preferred.
