Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Document Controller (MEP) with strong knowledge of MEP materials and documentation to join our team.

The Document Controller will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project documents related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works.

The role requires familiarity with MEP materials, submittals, and project documentation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Manage and control all MEP-related documents (drawings, submittals, RFIs, material approvals, etc.)
  • Maintain proper filing systems (electronic and hard copy) for easy retrieval
  • Review and track material submittals and approvals related to MEP works
  • Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and site teams regarding documentation
  • Ensure documents are updated, distributed, and archived properly
  • Monitor document revisions and ensure latest versions are in use
  • Prepare reports on document status, submissions, and approvals
  • Ensure compliance with company and project documentation standards

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Document Controller in MEP projects

Strong knowledge of MEP materials (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing systems)

Familiarity with material submittals, technical datasheets, and approvals

Experience using document control systems (Aconex, EDMS, etc.)

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
