Job Location : Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:


Document Management: Oversee the creation, distribution, filing, and archiving of all departmental and project documents.
Ensure that all documents are properly versioned, updated, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Verify that all documentation meets regulatory, contractual, and organizational standards.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project teams on all document-related matters.

Qualifications & Requirements:


Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in document control, preferably within construction, engineering, or project management sectors.
Strong knowledge of document control procedures and systems.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office and document management software.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
