Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Managing and organizing all project-related documents and implementing document control procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Establish a systematic and comprehensive Project Filing System.
Independently handle all aspects of documentation utilizing various document control practices and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
Communicate with other teams and departments.
Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Information Management / Business Administration or related discipline
3-5 years’ relevant work experience
Document control experience in large infrastructure projects
SharePoint experience required
Aconex experience desired
Good command of English language
Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word)
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
