Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the sorting, classification and physical and digital archiving of documents.
  • Establish and maintain a structured and accessible document management system.
  • Digitize documents and participate in the dematerialization process.
  • Follow the legal retention periods and organize the destruction of documents when they have expired.
  • To guarantee the confidentiality, security and integrity of archived documents.
  • Manage requests for consultation or retrieval of documents from different departments.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to optimize archiving practices.
  • Regularly update databases and document tracking tools.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of archiving procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • General Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Library Science or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in the field: 5-10 years
