Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure the sorting, classification and physical and digital archiving of documents.
- Establish and maintain a structured and accessible document management system.
- Digitize documents and participate in the dematerialization process.
- Follow the legal retention periods and organize the destruction of documents when they have expired.
- To guarantee the confidentiality, security and integrity of archived documents.
- Manage requests for consultation or retrieval of documents from different departments.
- Collaborating with internal teams to optimize archiving practices.
- Regularly update databases and document tracking tools.
- Participate in the development and improvement of archiving procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- General Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Library Science or equivalent qualification
- Experience in the field: 5-10 years
