Roles & Responsibilities

The various activities assigned will be:

- CR r union key user / convergence m tier / pr sentation /

- Summary document of needs for the Key Users Seminar, F2F, RAP/

- Requirements specification document (excluding MOA activity)/

- Tool evolution sheet/

- Scoping document, current situation analysis, impact analysis on a given subject (excluding MOA activity)/

- Deployment package (communication materials, user manual, deployment training, user support, etc.)/

- Meeting minutes/

- Minutes of governance meetings /

- Summary report completed and presented /

- CR user interviews & presentation/convergence meetings /

- Session management: session creation, participant list management (invitation/reminder emails), session closure with engineering school/

- Updated training materials/

- Reports to follow up on training (feedback, sending out participant information)
