Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize and classify company documents.
  • Ensure the management and updating of the document database.
  • Check the conformity and quality of the documents.
  • Implement document management procedures.
  • Ensure the physical and digital archiving of documents.
  • Facilitate access to information for the different services.
  • Participate in the digitalization and improvement of document processes.
  • Training in document management, archival science, administration or a similar field.
  • Desired experience in a similar position.
  • Good mastery of computer tools and document management software.
  • Sense of organization and rigor.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
