Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collect, organize and classify company documents.
- Ensure the management and updating of the document database.
- Check the conformity and quality of the documents.
- Implement document management procedures.
- Ensure the physical and digital archiving of documents.
- Facilitate access to information for the different services.
- Participate in the digitalization and improvement of document processes.
- Training in document management, archival science, administration or a similar field.
- Desired experience in a similar position.
- Good mastery of computer tools and document management software.
- Sense of organization and rigor.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
