Dog Trainer YOSH HOSPITALITY LLC OPC

Accountability Areas:

• Design and implement structured training programs tailored to each dog’s breed, temperament, and behavioral needs.

• Address and modify behavioral issues such as aggression, anxiety, and disobedience using humane, evidence-based positive reinforcement techniques.

• Monitor and evaluate each dog’s progress, maintaining accurate training records and adjusting programs as needed.

• Ensure dogs receive appropriate physical exercise, mental stimulation, and socialization as part of their training regimen.

• Observe overall health and behavior, promptly reporting concerns and supporting veterinary care when required.

• Coordinate and support feeding routines, including managing specialized dietary requirements where applicable.

• Oversee basic grooming practices (bathing, brushing, nail trimming) to ensure dogs are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic environment across kennels and training areas.

• Ensure optimal environmental conditions, including temperature control, ventilation, and safety standards.

• Monitor training equipment and supplies, reporting replenishment needs in a timely manner.

• Provide regular updates to supervisors or dog owners regarding training progress, behavior, and overall wellbeing.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager

Requirements:

• Dog training certification / qualifications

• Veterinary knowledge or qualifications (preferred)

• Experience in private hospitality / working with private families

• Experience in behavioral training
